    Hello Team,

    Great work out in Kimberley at our fall training camp.  Major focus this week is recovery to make the most of all that solid training.

    Race license information email was sent out last week. Check in with Matt if you didn’t receive it.

    Frozen Thunder is scheduled to open October 20.  The morning track access has not been communicated to local clubs yet, but Matt will follow up with an email and instructions when more is known.

    Also shared last week by email, please plan to attend your sessions for stress management. If the planned time for your age group doesn’t work, you can jump on with another one.
    Wednesday, October 4 -> 4:45-5:45 U16 Biathlon
    Wednesday, October 4 -> 5:45-6:45 U16 XC
    Thursday, October 5 -> 5:00-6:00 U18 Boys
    Thursday, October 5-> 6:00-7:00 U18 Girls

    Lastly, upcoming training reminders:
    Oct 11->6:00-7:00 3,000M run with other Bow Valley Clubs at Nakoda Elementary School Track. Plan ahead to make the most of this joint session.
    Oct 14-> 9:00-12:00 Bow Valley Campground Sprints.

    Training this week:

    Monday(2)– No team training due to camp and National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.

    Tuesday(3)
    Primo/TTS-Dev
    4:45-6:45 Running with sprints/agility and Strength in the BWTC (new program roll out). U16 Gym first, U18 Run first.

    Wednesday(4)
    Multi/Primo/TTS-Dev
    4:45-6:45 Classic Rollerski Intensity- Zone4. U16s will ski the first hour, then pop into the BWTC for their Stress Management Session (pack a dry layer and snack).

    Thursday(5)
    TTS-Dev Strength with Chelsea. 5:00-6:00 Girls 6:00-7:00 Boys.
    Stress Management for all U18s in the BWTC
    5:00-6:00 Boys
    6:00-7:00 Girls

    Saturday(7) & Monday(9)– No team training. Happy Thanksgiving. Eat lots.
