Welcome to Track Attack 2009-10!
Our first session will be Monday September 14th for both Introduction to Track Attack and Track Attack. Please meet at the CNSC team room, located in the biathlon parking lot at the Canmore Nordic Centre for a quick check in and a name sticky. Track Attack will start at 5:00 and finish at 6:30. We will start with games in the open area near the biathlon stadium, please find us if you’re a bit late.
All you need for today’s session are running shoes, appropriate clothing for the weather (remember fall time in the mountains can be somewhat unpredictable) water, and a snack.
