Wed (22): Ski striding intervals. Meet at team room at 4:30 until 6:15. On the bike for Kendra. Stay home Annika and Bronwyn…. relax for the weekend camp.
Thu (23): RS-CL + strength after. Meet at team room at 4:30 until 6:30
Sat (25): Sleep in, easy pace training on your own; as per your program.
