NOTE: Sessions will be based on demand: therefore, some choices may not be available.
New to Skiing: for beginner skiers or those who may have done a little skiing several years ago. This course will teach you the fundamentals of skiing and give you the skills to enjoy yourself on the easier trails.
Intermediate: for those who need to refresh their skills in order to ski more efficiently and confidently on moderate terrain, uphill and downhill.
This level is for people who have skied before and have reasonable confidence on skis. This level focuses on maintaining speed and rhythm on varied terrain.
Advanced: for those who want to refine their skills. This course will concentrate on diagnosis of problems and practice, improving technique. You will practice adapting your ski technique to different types of terrain. Participants should have the stamina to ski 10+ km.

Should any lessons be cancelled due to instructor unavailability or inclement weather during Session #1 or Session #2, the instructor will discuss a make-up session with the group

PROGRAM FEE:
$235 for five-week
$415 for ten-week
Plus Canmore Nordic membership and Nordiq Canada/Nordiq Alberta insurance coverage) + GST + zone4 processing fees
NOTE:
All skiers must join the CNSC. It should be noted that Canmore Nordic Centre passes are needed to ski at the Canmore Nordic Centre. However, during the evening session, passes will not be required as the ticket booth is not open for their purchase.
