    Hello Team,

    Good week of training last week. We got in some quality testing and some good long distance training (many of you with RMCC).

    A couple of reminders:
    Organized team training has been going for 6 weeks now. If you have not registered for the 2015/2016 season yet, you need to do that. After June 15, your registration fee will increase $100. So get over to zone4 and get squared away. https://zone4.ca/regc.asp?id=9165&lan=1&cartlevel=1

    Training for this week:
    Tuesday(16): 4:45-6:15 Zone 1 Mountain Bike Ride. Meet at the teamroom. Many of you have been improving your mountain bike skills over the spring with various RMCC programs, so let’s put them to use! Parents, if you are available to be a tail gunner for the day, please email me- mattd@canmorenordic.com

    Wednesday(17): 4:45-6:15 Running technique and strength. Running is one of the best forms of training, so we will be focusing on technique today as well as continuing your strength improvement.
