    Hello U16/U18,

Summer is just around the corner which means it is almost time for our 32nd Canada Day Run! This is a great race opportunity, builds great fitness, and is fun getting out there with all your teammates and other runners.  We coaches encourage you all to run either the 5km or 10km based on what distance you feel you can really go for it.  Price increase on midnight 20th June, so don’t delay to save yourself a few bucks.
