Great work to all the athletes, coaches, helpers, organizers. What a great day!

    2000/2001 girls – meet Carol at 11:15am

if there are any T1/2 parents who would like to help with grip waxing in the team room on sunday morning – please let Roy know upon your arrival – thanks

Course will close at 8:50am. You can warm up and test your skis on the public side of the Banff trail after this time.

    It’s a 15sec interval start race.

Stadium:Take a look at the stadium when you get there since it is set up different than usual (reverse order). The map is also on our website.

Athletes will use transponders (ankle bracelets) for timing. Arrive at the start 2 min earlier than usual to get those on.

For young athletes: please review the start wand start procedure with your coach before.

Wax your warm up skis with Rode Violet and Rode Multigrade (1:1) at home (assuming you own warm up skis!).

Awards: starting at 2:30pm. Please try to attend and cheer on your club members!

All race info is on our website.

It is a late start on Sunday, probably a good idea to plan your food based on your start time. Have a small meal 2 hours before your start. Get lots to drink.

Updates to Sunday’s plan will be on the club’s twitter. https://twitter.com/canmorenordic

Lets see if we can do as well as we did on Saturday!
