Summer is in full swing and lots of great training gains to be made. This week we will have the only STUR of the summer. Please let us coaches know on Monday at training or by email if you will be at the Wednesday event so the start list can be adjusted.

Tuesday(16) (Need Skate RS Gear and Runners for speedball)
9:00-10:30 Biathlon Practice – Skate Roller Ski with shooting – Sprints Starts/Finishes
Join XC from 10:45-11:45 for a game of speedball at Millennium Park.
