Tuesday (11): T2/LC/LC+. 0900-1100, meet at team room. Running.
Wednesday (12): LC+. 0830-1230. Adventure #3. Hiking/running the NEW Ha Ling Trail from Team Room. Bring a small backpack with water, a rain jacket and 4 snacks.
Thursday (13): LC/LC+. 0915-1130, meet at team room. RS-SK followed by strength in the gym.
