    Hello LCs,

    Summer is quickly passing. Only 2 more weeks of cool morning training left!

    Here’s the plan for the week:

    Monday (18): LC1/LC2 Skate roller ski intensity. Meet at the team room. 9:00-10:30

    Tuesday (19): LC1/LC2 Run and short strength session. We will start and end at the Bow River boat dock next to the bridge. 9:00-11:00

    Wednesday (20): LC2 + athletes born in ’99 Mountain Bike. Meet at Our Lady of the Snows School down in 3 Sisters. 9:00-11:00

    Thursday (21): LC1/LC2 Strength and Run. Meet at the team room. 9:30-11:30
