Hi Everyone:
As I look out the window it is raining, sadly, a typical June in Canmore. However the best cure for a raining day is to get some exercise and then sit by a warm fire and read a good book. Two weeks until school is over, I hope everyone is all caught up on their work and prepping for finals. This week will be a regular week:
Tuesday, June 17 – w/ Geret and Emma – Shooting then strength
Thursday, June 19 – Shooting with a bit of intensity.
