Hi Everyone:

This is the last week of training for this year. Then we are off to Hinton for Alberta Champs. Black Cat Ranch here we come.

Congratulations to the CNSC who are returning from Nationals. Katrine, Matt, Nicola and Aidan, great work. It was cool to see the Youth medal winning relay team was a made up of all CNSC athletes.

Monday – Wrap Up event for the Black Bears – 4:30 at the team room to start
Tuesday – LC and T3 practice – 3:30 – 5:15 w/ Geret and Bill
Wednesday – Last practice for Black Bears for the season
Thursday – LC and T3 practice – 4:30 – 5:30 w/ Jeff and John. We will be packing up the wax box and other equipment for Alberta Champs.
Thursday – 7:30 coaches meeting at the Georgetown.
