    Hi team,

    Good work to everyone who raced in the AB Cups last weekend. That caps of three solid weeks of racing–you’ve certainly earned a lighter training week!

    Training this week:

    Monday (11)
    4:45-5:45 Bonus static shooting session with Rachel. Dress with lots of layers, you won’t be skiing tonight, just shooting. RSVP on WhatsApp please.

    Tuesday (12)
    4:45-6:45 Strength and ski (see XC forum for details)
    U18 in the gym first, U16 skiing first

    Wednesday (13)
    4:45-6:30 Shoot/skate Z5 combo

    Thursday (14)
    Chelsea strength
    5:00-6:00 Women
    6:00-7:00 Men

    Saturday (16)
    9:00-12:00 Classic Ski Cascade fire road. Pack layers, backup grip wax, and food and water.
