Individual Sessions Begin. Anyone can come shoot on the remaining 3-4 lanes anytime between 4:45-7:30 but it will be self-directed. Check your Training Peaks for race prep intensities. Be ready to go before your 15 min session as there won’t be time to fuss around and we will not be re-booking these later.
