Hello LCs,
Well done racing this weekend in Rossland. With less than perfect conditions you really stepped up and made some good races. Also, great training for those who came out to Lake Louise. It was really good to ski on those tracks and it made for a beautiful day of skiing up there.

Tuesday: 4:30-6:00 Classic ski and strength. With the fresh snow, hardwax should work. LC2’s going to Sovereign will finish at 5:45pm
Wednesday: 4:30-6:00 Skate ski with speed work.
OR if you are heading to Sovereign, drive to Vernon.Thursday: Pack for Edmonton
Friday-Sunday: RACE!
