    Hello U14,

    As happens most winters, we will have some very cold days for the upcoming week.  I am working to line up indoor space for regular times training during these cold days, so be sure to check the forum for updates.

    For the holiday break (December 24-January 8) we will have 3 days of team training wrapping up with AB Cup 3&4 hosted by Foothills Nordic here at the Nordic Centre. Session days noted below, but there will be a specific holiday post next week that will have the full session details.
    December 28 -> 1:00-3:00 ->Split XC and Biathlon
    January 4 -> 1:00-3:00 All together
    January 6 -> 1:00-2:00 All together- Race prep/ course inspection

    Training this week:

    Monday(19) Strength & Goal Setting @ Bill Warren Training Centre
    5:00-6:30
    Meet in the Haig room (big room at BWTC) for body weight strength and a goal setting workshop.  Bring indoor gym clothes, indoor shoes, and a water bottle.  Shoes will be optional, everything we will do can be done barefoot.  Coaches will provide hand outs and pencils for the goal setting.

    Tuesday(20) Aerobics & Yoga @ LGMS Gym
    5:30-6:30 Just 1hr session- Meet at the main entrance
    Similar to yesterday, dress in indoor gym clothes and bring indoor shoes and a water bottle. Yoga mat optional.

    Thursday(22) EcoAims @ Bill Warren Training Centre
    4:45-6:15
    Meet in the Haig room for an EcoAim session with mobility and core, plus a rifle maintenance session.
    Dress in gym clothes and bring indoor shoes.

    Saturday(24)- No team training- Merry Christmas Eve!

    Confidence comes from being good, not great. Anyone can have the stars align & have a great day. But the confidence from that is fleeting. Confidence comes from consistency. Show up and make your normal pretty darn good. Focus on raising the floor, not just the ceiling. -Steve Magness
