    Hello,

    After a solid week of big volume and racing, we will pull things back a bit this week to focus on speed. Take note on the start and finish times for sessions as they will be a bit shorter than usual.

    Monday(24) No Team Training

    Wednesday(26) 5:00-6:15 LC/LC+ Meet at Goat Creek Parking Lot. Classic intensity at a higher elevation. Wax with Rode Viola (bring the usual waxes in your drink belt). Remember the 20 min rule (we should see lots of dry clothes and snacks at the end of the session)

    Thursday(27) 4:45-5:45 LC/LC+ Skate sprints. Meet at the teamroom.

    Saturday(29) 11:30-1:00 LC/LC+ Classic sprint race simulation. The only chance to experience a classic sprint before Nationals. Meet at the teamroom. Prepare just as you would for a sprint race-> eat at least 2hr before the start, bring a puffy for in between heats, prepare your skis to perform with Solda Performance Red and Rode Viola extra (2 layers) covered by Rode Viola (2 layers).
