First Week of Training (May 3-9) + Training Program UPDATED

    Hello Team, we are starting a new training year. Welcome back 😮 😮

    We will get together 3 times this week for group training. Please download the attached file below for all the training details for the next 3 weeks (including the Silver Star camp). Group workouts this week are:

    Wed (5): Meet at team room at 4:30pm for some Z1 running and strength in the gym. Please bring some clean/dry shoes for the gym (that you can leave there if you want), a heart rate monitor (if you have one), a watch, appropriate clothing for the weather, and a smile :D. We know that some of you have a badminton tournament that afternoon, so if you arrive late, jump on the stationary bike in the gym; we will arrive there around 5:15pm. We will have a team meeting at 6pm at the BWTC. All athletes and parents are invited.

    Thu (6): Swimming session at the rec centre. Meet on the pool deck at 8:00pm. Bring a pool pass, swim suit of course, and goggles. We will be done at 9pm.

    Sat (8): Hike up Lady MacDonald. Meet at the Cougar Creek parking lot at 1:00PM AS WE NOW HAVE GARBAGE PICK UP THAT MORNING. We need parents to help lead this hike; everyone welcome. Bring proper footwear (good sturdy running shoes or day hikers), water, food, jacket or fleece for the top (a rain jacket serves 2 purposes: cold and wet).
