Good Double Poling Video

Take a look at the good double poling from the Anchorage, Alaska crew.

To watch for:

* High hands at pole plant (just ahead of the forehead, not extended too far)
* High hips
* Forward hips
* High lifted at pole plant
* Not sitting back at the finish of the poling
