Hello all, I know you have been working very hard the past 2 weeks – you have stretched the elastic quite a bit. It’s important to relax and “digest” all the training in order to get stronger and faster.
Make sure you take good care of yourself and don’t resume normal training until you are 100% ready.
November is an big month for training; it’s really important to make some good training decisions before the start of the racing year.
