Hi Team, I hope you had a good break with lots of fun, food, and family time.
We will do a long classic ski on the Cascade Fire Road Wednesday Jan 4th. We will start at 9:30 finishing at 12:00. The temperature is rising so we will apply klister at home. Plan for a Swix Universal, or Start Wide something for icy tracks or granular snow.
hope you can make it.
Next Week: We are back to our regular sessions Tuesday and Wednesday 4:45-6:15. Some workouts will be stretched to 6:30 but will be posted when that is the plan.
