Here’s the plan for this week:
Tue (13): Team room (4:30-6:15pm) for Z1 classic ski. It will be a continuous ski in perhaps klister conditions (check the weather before coming so you can pick the right skis). I will have to run a jackrabbit wax clinic during the workout, so will be on and off with training.
Wed (14): Team room (4:30-6:00) for a Z1 & speed workout in skating.
Thu (15): No team training today. Pack up your stuff for the weekend!!
Fri (16): Leave for Edmonton in the morning. More details later.
Sat/Sun (17-18): AB Cups in Edmonton.
