    Hello U16/U18,

    The cold snap is coming to a close and we will get back to regular training.  Lots of exciting things coming your way with 3 AB Cup race weekends in a row, then the world cup.

    Training this week (pending warm weather, but looking good):

    Monday(15)
    Primo/TTS-Dev
    4:45-6:45 Strength and Classic ski.  U16 ski first, U18 in the gym first.

    Wednesday(17)
    Multi/Primo/TTS-Dev
    4:45-6:15 Classic race prep.  Meet in the XC Stadium.

    Friday(19)
    Multi/Primo/TTS-Dev
    6:00-8:00 Bow Valley Race Series #2- Kings court sprints.  An opportunity to get out and work on your heat skiing.  3 rounds on a short course to really play with tactics.  It will not be overly taxing, so as long as your energy is average or better, this is a great opportunity.
