Howdy U14’s
What a race weekend! Incredible job by all of you out there on the track, I hope all of you are proud of your performances!
We’ve got another quick week and more races this weekend to look forward to. Make sure to stay posted to the forum for an Edmonton specific XC post.
Here’s our plan for the week:
Monday(22) No Practice
No practice tonight, get a good rest in after the last 3 days of races.Tuesday(23) Classic Ski
5:00-6:30. Meet in the stadium. We’ve had some busy days, today will be a little slower with a technique focus.Wax recommendation: Universal Klister, or Rode Viola (Apologies from Mark for the delay in this posting!)
Thursday(25) Biathlon @ CNC.
4:45-6:15. We’ll take a step back and look back at what we learned this year, and play some holiday games too. Monthly challenge will be available today for those looking to redeem themselves from last week.Friday(26)
Edmonton – Evening training session in Edmonton.Saturday(27)
Edmonton – Classic Mass Start.Sunday(28)
Edmonton – Skate Individual.**Please glide wax both your CL and SK race skis with CH6 or Ulla Red/Black
