Hello Team. A split crew this week. Gatineau and Canmore. We will have one common workout this week (see below). If you are not travelling to the Easterns, look at your TP and email sent last week.
Tuesday (30): LC/LC+ Skate ski with sprints. 4:30-5:30pm
THURSDAY (1): LC/LC+ Meet Rhonda at the team room for some intensity in skating. 5:00-6:30pm
