    Hello U14-2s,

    I hope you all enjoyed last week’s track run with Heidi! Here’s what’s on the menu this week:

    Monday (10) @LGMS Track

    5:00-6:30. Meet at the LGMS Track. We will do a park & field tour with strength at each location. Weather looks a little warmer, don’t forget a waterbelt or a way to have water on the go!

     

    Reminder: Our first rollerski of the season will be next Monday, July 17th. Take a look this week at your boots, skis and poles to make sure everything is running well.
