And we’re back from another great week of training in Kaslo! Fantastic work to those who joined us. Prioritize your recovery this week–particularly if you are heading up to the Haig Glacier soon. This means eat well (remember your athlete’s plate proportions!!) and get lots of good quality sleep. There will be three shooting sessions to maximize the time we have on the range this week.
IMPORTANT NOTE for those attending either Haig week:There is a bear safety talk being held on Tuesday 12th at the Bill Warren Training Centre at 8:00am. You must attend this talk whether you are on the first or second week of the Haig camp. Please arrive on time; training will start promptly following the bear talk.
