July 8-14 – T2 training plan

    HI T2s

    here is week of practices:

    Tuesday (9): T2. Classic rollerskiing Z1 with some strength and speed. Meet at team room, 9:00-11:00. Bring water, helmet, boots, poles, etc. Show up 10min early if your poles need sharpening.

    Thursday (11): T2. 10:00-12:00 – mountain biking at canmore nordic centre. We will do some speed and agility on our bikes followed by strength in gym . Bring all the necessary gear (including gym shoes)

    I will send around the weekly training plan on tuesday morning.
