Your eyes don’t deceive you, the month of May has already passed by! Here’s what we’ll get up to this week:
Thursday (1) @ CNC
5:00-6:30 Meet outside the Bill Warren entrance. We will trail run at the centre, with a mix of sprints and strength circuits using the CNC agility park. Bring some water, and definitely a snack for after- especially for those with more activities after practice!
