    Hello Team,

    Spring is springing which means summer is right around the corner. Hopefully you all will not be too sad when school wraps up next week and have all that free time to train :mrgreen: I’m sure you have all seen the Canada Day Run post, but just in case you missed it we are challenging all LC1s and LC2s to race the 8km.     The plan for this week:
    Tuesday (17): 5:00-6:45 Classic roller ski and strength. Time to dust off the roller skis, check the nuts, wheels, and bindings before training to be sure everything is working. Ladies will start roller skiing, and Gents in the gym; switch half way through.

    Thursday (19): 4:30-6:00 Running intensity. Meet at the start/finish for the Canada Day Run (Lawrence Grassi Track). Have a look at the running technique document before coming to refresh your memory.

    Saturday (21): Highwood Pass has melted earlier than usual this year. We will have the June club ski day on June 30 at the first team session of the summer.
