Tuesday, June 18 17:45-18:30: BEEP TEST and strength at the team room. This is a great test to find your VO2 Max and Max Heart Rate. Very useful for coaches and athletes to develop training zones. Bring your heart rate monitor, running shoes, and drink belt.
Thursday, June 20 18:00-19:30: Z1 Run at the team room. It would be great if a few parents can come out and run with the team for this workout
