We are still going strong with the big block of training camps for July. Week 1 Haig is just coming off the glacier, and week 2 are heading in. So, just 1 day of team training in town this week.

Z7 Ski Striding intensities SEE XC FORUM FOR TIMES IN CASE OF ADJUSTMENTS/CHANGES
Warm up on your own- just Z2 jog. We will jog up to the wall to complete our ski striding intestines there.
Be sure to eat a small, light breakfast as you will be working near your maximum effort toady. These intensities are hard, but build amazing fitness. Bring your game face ready to feel the burn.
