    Hello Team,

    Another reminder that on June 14 from 6-7pm we will be running a 3000M time trial at the Mini Thni (Morley) track located at the Nakoda Elementary School.

    We will have our first team rollerski this week. Now is the time to switch over to rollerski baskets, check the wear on your wheels, and give all the nuts and bolts on your equipment a good look to make sure they’re snug. You can buy rollerski pole tips at Trailsports for $20–make sure to mention you have a CNSC membership to receive 10% off.

    Following our big day at Shark last week we will have a ski striding/dryfire combo session this Saturday, meeting at the usual dryfiring space below the Nordiq Canada offices. Your ski striding poles should be roughly 10cm shorter than your classic poles.
