    A great first week of training we just did. Great job everyone!

    The LC May Virtual Camp starts Sunday (17th) and goes until Wednesday (20th). T2’s will also take part in some of the sessions. Check your email for the details.

    * Remember that all workout ID and passwords are found on your Training Peaks (TP) account. Please sign in to Zoom 5-10min before the workout starts.

    Monday (11):
    Multi, Primo, Supremo

    Cross Country Skiers:
    Group 1: Born 05-06. Get your strength equipment and area ready before you go for a 25min Z2 run, leaving your house at 1600. Sign-in to Zoom for a 1630 start for strength training.
    Group 2: Born 02-04. Get your strength equipment and area ready before you go for a 40min Z2 run, leaving your house at 1645. Sign-in to Zoom for a 1730 start for strength training.

    Biathletes:
    Group 1: Born 05-06. Get your strength equipment and area ready and sign in to Zoom for 1600 start on Zoom dryfiring. You will switch over to strength at 1630 (stay on Zoom).
    Group 2: Born 02-04. Get your strength equipment and area ready and sign in to Zoom for 1700 start on Zoom dryfiring. You will switch over to strength at 1730 (stay on Zoom).

    Tuesday (12):
    Check you Training Peaks for the details.

    Wednesday (13):
    Multi, Primo, Supremo

    Uphill or stair running intensity. Some details on your TP.

    Get dressed and ready to go
    Sign in to Zoom for 1600 for workout explanation and group warm up
    Go do your workout!
    Come back to Zoom at 1700 for group stretch/roll and debrief

    Thursday (14):
    Primo, Supremo

    Strength training.

    Group 1: Born 05-06. Get your strength equipment and area ready before you go for a 25min Z2 run, leaving your house at 1600. Sign-in to Zoom for a 1630 start for strength training.
    Group 2: Born 02-04. Get your strength equipment and area ready before you go for a 40min Z2 run, leaving your house at 1645. Sign-in to Zoom for a 1730 start for strength training.

    Friday (15):
    T2, Multi, Primo, Supremo

    Sign in to Zoom early for 1600-1645 workout. We will have a 10 minute team meeting at 1645 to cover the camp details. LC Biathletes will have Zoom dryfiring 1655-1730. Stay on Zoom after the workout and grab your rifle.

    We are going to work on some agility today. This will require an Agility Ladder.  If you have an agility ladder, please use that. If not, your two options are to either use masking tape to make one on the floor, or grab a couple pencils to use as lines to work over. About 6-7 lines, about 1-1.5 feet apart would be adequate. If you have the space for more – go for it!
