    Hello Team,

    Good to see so many out for training and playing other sports this spring.  We will be updating your training peaks, but remember spring time is great to do all those fun other sports to make you a well rounded athlete with a wide spectrum of skills.

    Training this week:

    4:45-6:45 Strength and physical training on foot. U16 in the Gym first, U18 outside first. Meet in front of the BWTC. Ensure you have both outdoor shoes and CLEAN indoor shoes for the gym. If you have not already you will need to sign a new BWTC waiver before entering the gym Link here:

    4:45-6:15 Running Intensities and technique, meet at Quarry Lake.  First year U16s will have a short meeting after training tonight explain training zones and training norms of the U16 program. The weather looks good, so the meeting will be at Quarry Lake, about 20 minutes. Bring a bar to eat and a jacket.

    5:00-6:00 Strength with Chelsea- Just 1 session (not a split group) due to enrollment numbers and attendance due to other commitments.
    You received an email from Matt with some info to fill out for Chelsea. Be sure to do this prior to the session. Meet at the BWTC with your clean indoor shoes.
