    Hello T3’s and LC’s,

    Great work in Vernon last weekend. You all accomplished lots of quality training and are off to a great start for the year. This week we will have 2 team sessions.

    Tuesday, May 14:17:15-18:45 Run and Strength. We will meet at the docks by the bridge going over the Bow River for a little change of scenery. We will run up to the gym for strength, then run back to the docks to finish.

    Thursday, May 16: 16:30-18:00 Biking. Meet at Harvey Heights parking lot to bike the Legacy Trail. It would be great to have some parents join in the practice and bring along an extra tube, pump, and cell phone.

    For every workout, please remember your heart monitor and drink belt. Think of these items just like your shoes or ski boots. They are important for your training.

    Important date for next week: We will have our parent/athlete meeting Tuesday, May 21 in the BWTC after training at 18:45.
