UPDATE: With the current air quality, our session will be reduced from 5:00-6:00pm and move indoors to the Bill Warren Training Centre. Meet inside the lobby, please bring water, indoor shoes and clean socks.

Great to meet many of you last Thursday for our run! Here’s next week’s session:
Thursday(18) @ CNC
5:00-6:30 Meet outside the team room. We will start with a trail run at the centre, mixed with a number of games throughout.While the weather heats up, don’t forget your (full to the brim) water belt!
