    Hello Team,

    Hopefully everyone had a good May Long holiday with some rest, but also some fun training.  We are getting into our 4th week of training for the year already!  Coaches will start individual meetings shortly with all the Primo/TTS, so keep an eye out for the sign up sheet and start wracking your brain about some personal goals for the season. Be sure to think of both process goals and performance goals.

    We will have a STUR and a 3,000M run in June, so we will continue to focus on running technique and capacity to make those test events as best as possible. As with past years, we hope to bring other clubs together for the 3,000M, but it takes a bit more time to organize when we have multiple groups. We will share dates as soon as they are confirmed.

    Training this week:

    4:45-6:45 Strength and Agility. We will change it up this week: U18 in the Gym first, U16 outside first. Meet in front of the BWTC. Ensure you have both outdoor shoes and CLEAN indoor shoes for the gym.

    4:45-6:15 Running intensity at LGMS track. We will focus on speed tonight (Z6-VO2 Max), but only for 300M at a time.

    5:00-6:00 Strength with Chelsea at the BWTC.
