    Hope everyone has a great weekend! The Signup links for individual meetings with your coach has been posted in the team WhatsApp group, have a look and get yourself signed up! Think about some goals prior to your meeting.  Be sure to think of both process goals and performance goals.

    We will have a STUR and a 3,000M run in June, so we will continue to focus on running technique and capacity to make those test events as best as possible. As with past years, we hope to bring other clubs together for the 3,000M. We will share dates as soon as they are confirmed.

    Also, looking ahead a few weeks, we will have a special Saturday session on June 15 with a long ride starting in Banff out the 1A.

    The sign up deadline for the Haig and Kaslo camps is June 1. This is needed so we can finalize numbers and bookings. Don’t delay and confirm your sign up today. Link HERE 

    The final grocery card order before summer break is due Monday June 3rd by 5 pm. We all buy groceries, so why not save 10% and put it toward paying for new skis, a camp, or race? Look for the email from Scott sent on May 25.

    Training this week:

    4:45-6:45 Strength and SKATE Roller Ski Agility.  U18 in the Gym first, U16 outside first. Meet in front of the BWTC. Ensure you have roller ski gear (remember to change your pole tips). If you don’t yet have your own roller skis reach out to a coach.  Also, CLEAN indoor shoes for the gym. The BWTC Waver expires each year, so everyone needs to sign a new waver for this year.
