    Hello U16/U18,

    Great work out in Vernon.  You should be tired after a solid training camp like that kicking off the season, but will bounce back in a few days/ end of the week.  We will have a typical week of training coming at you.  Complement the team sessions with other fun spring activities like soccer, biking, track and field, or whatever else sounds fun this time of year.  Training details will be on your training peaks.

    Many people have registered for the new season, but if you have not here is the link:  Ensure you have registered before attending team training as it is required for insurance.

    Training this week:

    4:45-6:45 BWTC Strength and Running. Males in the gym first, females running outside first.  Switch at 5:45. Be sure you have your designated clean indoor shoes as your running shoes will be muddy.

    4:45-6:15 Running intensity (Z4) at the LGMS Track.

    5:00-6:00 Female TTS-Dev Strength with Chelsea
    6:00-7:00 Male TTS-Dev Strength with Chelsea
    Meet in the BWTC Gym.
