Great work out in Vernon. You should be tired after a solid training camp like that kicking off the season, but will bounce back in a few days/ end of the week. We will have a typical week of training coming at you. Complement the team sessions with other fun spring activities like soccer, biking, track and field, or whatever else sounds fun this time of year. Training details will be on your training peaks.
Many people have registered for the new season, but if you have not here is the link: https://zone4.ca/register.asp?id=31999 Ensure you have registered before attending team training as it is required for insurance.
We have been arranging opportunities to shoot at the Mt. Shark range while the CNC range is closed for construction. As mentioned, we plan to have weekly sessions at Shark on Saturday mornings, most likely from 9:30-11:30.
More information regarding rifle rental and ammunition ordering will be sent out this prior to Saturday via email.
