    GREAT RACING TODAY EVERYONE. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH HOW FAST EVERYONE WENT.

    Tomorrow (Monday) is a classic race for the AB Cup races and a pursuit race for the NORAMS. Here are the race details:

    WEATHER:
    Min: -12
    Max: -5
    Should be about -10 at 9am and -8 at 11am

    START TIME AND COURSES:
    AB Cups:
    9:00am: Midget boys, mass start 2 laps of 2.5km
    9:03am: Midget girls, mass start 2 laps of 2.5km
    9:10am: Juvenile boys, mass start 2 laps of 2.5km
    9:13am: Juvenile girls and Junior girls, mass start 2 laps of 2.5km
    9:20am: Junior boys, mass start 4 laps of 2.5km

    AB Cup races are exactly the same course as today. The only exception is that there will not be any classic tracks into the 4 finish lanes.

    NORAM:
    10:00am course reopens for the NORAM athletes to train on
    10:50am: course closed for the reminder of the day
    11:00: Jr women pursuit, 2 X 2.5km Olympic + 2 X 2.5 Centennial
    12:00: Jr men
    1:30pm: Open women
    2:30pm: Open men (same course as scheduled on Friday)

    7 lane chevron at the start.

    ARRIVAL TIME:
    All AB Cup athletes should arrive the team room at 7:45am and be ready to ski at 7:55am. Bring some training skis if you have some (wax your own training skis with Rode Multigrade Purple).

    Annika, Bronwyn and Phil should arrive 1h15 before your start.

    AWARDS:
    Award ceremony is following every race. Top 3 for AB Cups and top 6 for NORAMS.

    NOTES:
    For the pursuit races: make sure your equipment stays in the pits after you have changed to skating

    And remember:
