At last there is snow at the Nordic Centre 😀

Monday: Combination SKATE SKI & RUNNING SHOES

PLEASE COME READY TO SKATE SKI:
– Meet at Biathlon Stadium
– Ski 30 – 40 minutes
-Finish at STADIUM DAYLODGE ON RUNNING SHOES

THURSDAY: last gymnastics session 7:15 – 8:30

SATURDAY: Group ski at Lake Louise
Leave Cemetary parking Lot at 8:30, Moraine Lake or the 1A Still to be decided.

Ski from 9:30 – 11:00 – CLASSIC 😆
Please have the glide zone of your classic skis waxed, brushed and scraped, ALSO, a base binder applied to the grip zone. *let me know if you have any questions about this.* I will have wax for the wax of the day with me for lake Louise.
