This weekend is the first race weekend for the Biathletes, then our exchange, then the AB Cup, and then Calforex #2! That is a jam packed 4 weeks, so be sure to look after your energy, get good sleep, and if you need an extra day off, take it. But if energy is good, we will see you for all the scheduled sessions. There will be a few cancelled days due to the high demand of the upcoming month.
Reminder: The remaining balance for program fees are due November 30.
Training this week: Monday(21) Classic Ski @ CNC
5:00-6:30 We will continue our progress and log another day on the classic skis. Meet in the XC Stadium.
Tuesday(22) Skate Ski @ CNC
5:00-6:30 Skate skiing tonight with some balance work and some games. Meet in the XC Stadium.
Thursday(24) Biathlon @ CNC
4:45-6:15 Biathlon training. Meet at the teamroom.
Saturday(26) Calforex Cup #1 or Skate Ski @ CNC
1:00-3:00 For those not racing in the Calforex cup, Meet in the XC Stadium for a distance skate ski. Parent Tailgunner sign up HERE
