    Hey Team,

Following your rest week we have two race intensities planned for Wednesday and Saturday, more details below.

A reminder for those that haven’t already met with Stu to sign up for your fall coach-athlete meetings here.

As well don’t forget that this month we’re having our dryfire challenge–your goal is 40min per week. Input your minutes here.

    Training this week:

Monday(9)– No team training, Happy Thanksgiving

    Tuesday(8)
    Primo/TTS-Dev
4:45-5:30 Gym strength (leave 10min early!)
    5:30-6:30 Shoot/RS-CL combo

    Wednesday(9)
    Multi/Primo/TTS-Dev
6:00-7:15 -> 3,000M run with Foothills Nordic and XC Bragg Creek at the Nakoda Elementary School Track

Current plan: Males start at 6:30, Females start at 6:45.  Mass start run.  It is a proper 400M track, so you will be doing 7.5 laps.  Coaches will be timing, but you need to have your heartrate monitor and start a new file for the run.  This is very valuable data we can collect and help calculate your training zones.  Give us your Average and Max HR at the end of the run.

Forecast is for cool and rain, so be sure to dress appropriately.

    Thursday(10)
TTS-Dev: No strength with Chelsea as she is out of town. Strength OYO today- home or at the gym.

    Saturday(12)
    Multi/Primo/TTS-Dev
9:00-12:00 Bow Valley Campground Sprints!  Meet at the first parking lot pulling into the Bow Valley Campground. Please sign up here.

You will all ski down (with a coach) to the campground for your warm up.  We will run a sprint simulation around the campground (Qualifier + 3 heats ladder style). Cool down back to the parking lot. We are combining with Foothills and Bragg Creek once again.  Get ready to roll fast!
