    Welcome back to those that were in Kimberley. Be sure to practice good rest and recovery habits this week to lock in the training benefits of the last few days.

    Again only two days of shooting available this week, so staying on top of dryfiring will be important for training–and for pizza 🍕🙃

    • Sunday, October 16th, 9:00-3:00 Shooting Block
    • Sunday, October 30th, 10:00 arrival – 3:30 clean-up. Mt Shark Halloween Extravaganza

    Team training this week:

    Monday (3)
    No team training.

    Tuesday (4)
    4:45 – 6:45: Strength at the BWTC + run (Z2, agility, 10 sprints).
    U18 to start in gym. U16 to start outside, meet at team room. New Strength program today.

    Wednesday (5)
    4:45 – 6:15: Biathlon running combo with Z4 intensity.

    Thursday (6)
    4:45 – 6:15: Biathlon RS combo (athlete’s choice classic or skate)

    Thanksgiving Weekend–No training
