    Hello Team,

GREAT camp out at Nipika. You got in some quality training over the weekend that your body will appreciate this race season. Lyle and his team also appreciated how well you looked after the place while you were there. Thank you for being mature young athletes; that is how we get invited back!

This week is a mix of recovery and some intensity (racing). The combination is very good to help you absorb the previous week of training. The plan for the week is:

Monday (6): No team training. Rest and recover

Tuesday (7): No team training. Check Training Peaks or your guidelines for your workout.

Wednesday (8): ZONES!!! Allison will be there if you have any questions on the day. Be sure to get a quality proper warm up because the races always start fast. Race hard and have some fun.

Thursday (9): 4:30-6:30 Skate roller ski and Strength. ALSO: Bring your skate and classic poles (roller ski and ski) to get measured. We noticed at the classic ski last Friday that 10+ athletes poles are the wrong length. You cannot ski with proper technique if your poles are the wrong size. XC skiers will have their poles measured at the beginning of the workout and Biathletes at the end. Meet at the Team Room

Friday (10): 1:00pm Athletes born in ’97 only. Special opportunity to train with the Winsport Junior Team. Skate Roller Ski- Speed and Technique. Meet in the Biathlon Stadium.

No team training over the Holiday weekend. Enjoy your Thanksgiving dinner and check your Training Peaks or guidelines for training you can do with your family.
