Racing season is just around the corner. So, everyone going to Sovereign Norams (Athletes, Parent Drivers, Waxers, and Coaches) please go to the doodle http://doodle.com/6zdfi3g5vpezkcsu and sign up. This is important for us to finalize the hotel booking. Deadline: Oct 7
Coming up this week there are some quality racing opportunities to fine tune your race planning. The plan for the week is:
Tuesday (15): 4:45-6:45 Classic Roller Ski and new strength program in Gym. We will be doing the double pole test today. Be sure you have your roller ski pole tips sharp!
Wednesday (16): NO TEAM TRAINING. Get out and have some fun at xc running zones! Coaches will be out on course to cheer you on.
Thursday (17): 4:30-6:30 Skate Roller Ski. Meet at the team room.
Saturday (12): NO TEAM TRAINING. Spray Drag Race. Fun chance to see some local xc superstars get into the pain cave on this challenging climb.
Sunday (13): Grizzly Relay. It was very generous of Tony Smith to give CNSC 4 team spots valued at $1500. So for those of you racing please be sure to honor your volunteer time and wear your CNSC jackets.
