PODS, September Overview, and September 7-13

    Hello Train To Train Athletes,

    Welcome to the 2020 Fall season! The TT forum will be your go to place for all our training session details and general information for the exciting year to come. As circulated by email, we will have 2 PODS for TT divided between the boys (POD 4) and the girls (POD 5). The pods will train at back to back times Monday & Wednesday, then on Saturday we will be training at the same time in a similar location, but going different directions. Therefore, the pods will always be contained to themselves.

    Here is the current list of our TT PODS:

    To get the ball rolling with your fall planning here is the current plan for team training for September. This is just a rough overview, subject to change, so be sure to check the weekly post for updates.

    September Overview:
    Wednesday(9th): Running @ CNC
    Thursday (10th)- Sunday (13th): Beaver Mines Fall Camp
    Monday(14th): No session, recover from camp
    Tuesday(15th): Biathlon @ CNC
    Wednesday(16th): Skate Rollerski @ CNC
    Saturday(19th): Run @ Quarry Lake
    Monday(21st): Ski Striding @ CNC
    Tuesday(22nd): Biathlon @ CNC
    Wednesday(23rd): Silver Tip Uphill Run @ Silver Tip
    Saturday(26th): Club hike (in pods) out of town
    Monday(28th): Skate Rollerski @ CNC
    Wednesday(30th): Run @ CNC

    Details for our first week of official Training:

    Wednesday(9) Introductions, run, strength, and game @ CNC
    REMEMBER TO FILL IN YOUR HEALTH SCREENING AT LEAST 30 MIN BEFORE TRAINING
    Meet at the team room for today’s session. Wear training clothes appropriate for the weather, running shoes, and bring a drink belt with water.
    POD 4: 6:15-7:30
    POD 5: 5:00-6:15

    Thursday(10)-Sunday(13): Beaver Mines Camp! Details were circulated by Alain at the start of September. Email Matt if you have any questions.
