    Good Day:

    Welcome to Waterworld, rather wet out there today, it is supposed to dry up starting tomorrow so we should, cross your fingers, be able to practice. There is a change of schedule so please read the following information carefully.

    Tuesday, June 4 – 4:30 – 6:00 (w/ Jeff) then strength from 6:00 – 6:45
    -I want to discuss your plans for the summer so please try and figure out your schedule, Geret and I will use this to plan the workouts for July and August

    Thursday, June 6 – 4:15 – 5:45 (w. Geret) then physical training from 6:00 – 7:15
    – It is the first day of the Tour de Ski

    Friday, June 8 – 1:00 – 3:00 (w/Geret)
